All of these books are pretty affordable, ESPECIALLY if you are willing to buy from a third-party seller or pick up a used copy. Some of them will be less than $3 in those cases.
In my personal experience, third-party sellers on Amazon have usually been pretty trustworthy – I’ve placed dozens of orders from ranging in cost from $2 to over $200 and have never had a single problem.
